When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We work to approve every order within 2-3 business days and to have it manufactured within 1-2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please visit the Contact page as soon as possible and submit a ticket with all relevant information (name, email address, order number). We approve orders within 2-3 business days so we will attempt to cancel your order. If your order has approved, however, we will be unable to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. As our items are made to order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or provide size exchanges. Please carefully select your item prior to purchase. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
How do I choose the correct size?
We highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.
By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit.
